Took kids there to buy stuff, staff was great. They offer hand sanitizer upon entering, arrows on floor marking flow of traffic. Plenty of new products including Halloween items. Staff sanitizes counter after every customer. They are doing great.
Nicely laid out but out of so many of the more popular scents were not in stock. Things were organized but only one staff member knew where things were. The line became very long (approx. 8 customers) and despite 3 staff members that I could see, no other register was opened. I would go, but if I'm going for one or two specific scents, I'd either call ahead or try another location. I do love that it's not in a mall - if their stock was better I'd love popping in whenever I'm in the area.
Never mind that heavenly smell of this place, the staff is very helpful and took care of my every need.
Very good sales personnel.
