The lady was nice, but the middle-aged gentleman snapped at me for literally no reason when I asked a polite question. Someone must have pooped in his Cheerio's that day. Went to pick up my tux the day before my wedding and the guy was just rude. Shirt measurement was completely off. Shortest sleeves ever. The lady was a bit aggressive calling me about my groomsmen not getting measured yet like a month before the event. Added unnecessary stress to an already stressful situation. I will not be returning for future events. Also, a rental for one day should not cost close to $200. Might as well buy your own stuff elsewhere for that rip-off price. Chapter 11, here they come!

We had a great experience at Mens Warehouse in Franklin. We worked solely with David who had an impressive knowledge of mens suits and how they can be styled. You can tell he's been doing this for a long time and enjoys his profession. David was personable, kind, informative and an all around great guy to work with. If you need anything at Men's Warehouse, be sure to ask for David, he is great at what he does!
Worked with Khalil and was pleasantly pleased. He is an expert and it really showed. Received a custom made suit and custom fitted suit, love them both. Revived the two suits on the dates promised and was able to wear them the following day to two different weddings. All the tailoring is done in-house. Quick turn around time and expert of the trade. Definitely highly recommended. Ask for Khalil!!
Great experience with all of the staff. Friendly and knowledgeable. Remembered me from my previous visits. High quality suits that are durable with daily use. Very accommodating if you experience any problems after purchase, such as minor adjustments. Look for good deals. Over the year I’ve bought multiple suits, several ties, shirts and shorts from this location, and I’ve been satisfied with my experience.
