My opinion has changed; please read my updated review: P.S. Notice the owner’s reviews in many reviews, only response is with positive reviews. Instead of accepting criticism and suggestions of to change, it’s avoidance. Go next store to Publix.nnWe order their pizza almost every week and it's always good. It's really thin but good if you like that type of pizza and the price is reasonable.nnUpdated in 2020:nIt’s been over 2 years and lots of things have changed. When we moved here, it was good and almost every high school party from Windermere ordered them. The quality has gone down and the staff is outside drinking and smoking whenever we see them. I would like to order from them again because they are so convenient but honestly, I’m scared that we will get food poisoning. We will never order from them again, it’s a shame because we have 5 teenagers that LOVE pizza.

Giving them 3 stars based on past good experiences, tonight the pizza was pretty burnt and dry. Usually the Italian dinners are tasty and the pizzas yummy, tonight the pizza was over cooked, cheese was burned, sauce had dried out. Felt like I was eating day old pizza. However we’ve been coming here for the last 10 years so will definitely give them another chance.

I understand a lot of people have pandemic fatigue or don't take the virus seriously. But the least a business can do is wear masks. The front counter staff wore them but no one else in the kitchen, prepping the food, wore one. I would have walked out if I had not already paid for my meal. It's pretty ridiculous. It seemed unsafe and unclean for that.nnAnd a lack of visible menu and I personally was not that impressed with the food also did not help the experience.

I’ve been going here for about 7 years or so and I absolutely love their pizza but the thing that irks me so much hence my 3 star review is that when you order their spaghetti, they give you one little spoonful of sauce. It doesn’t even cover half the noodles?!? Then you have to pay $1.60 for extra sauce and that still doesn’t even cover it. Not having sauce that covers the whole pasta is unacceptable. We’ve ordered the spaghetti over 10 times and it’s always this way. We are finally done wasting our money on this. Also, they don’t offer curbside pickup during a global pandemic.
