This has been the second car we have purchased from Fafama. The sales staff are friendly and professionals. I liked the fact that there is no haggling and pretty much the transaction is a straight forward process.nThere are two areas that in my opinion need improvement.nKnow all the Features a car has and pass that information to the potential new owners. Be a little more attentive after the sell is completed when you get a call back for questions.nOther than that we are very happy and will come back again.

The whole process was nice and smooth and two days later I had the plates and was ready to drive off. I bought my first car from Fafama after saying for years. This was a very exciting experience for me and I was greeted with nothing but smiles the second I walked in the door. I had a car picked out I was absolutely in love with.
