Inflated prices, higher than at the parks! They don’t even offer refills! I don’t understand why they sell the refill cups if they’re not going to offer refill prices. Also very rude and unprofessional staff. This hotel needs to work on their customer service.
Fairly efficient for a hotel with high volume. Line is always long in th ed morning but goes pretty quick. My only beef is that you can't earn points or use them.
Hugely inflated prices, i.e. $4 for a drip coffee instead of the regular $2.25. Mopey and unhelpful service staff, overcharged for a more expensive Latte, and then offered no apology when I returned to get the difference refunded. Even at the location inside the Universal Studios park , the prices are regular and the bogged down staff is more helpful than this crew!
The MOST friendly staff I have ever encountered at any Starbucks ever! Went out of their way to make me feel welcomed, and were very efficient. Coffee was great too!
