The staff here is noticeably unbelievably rude and unprofessional. The same two girls have been our baristas throughout our stay this week, and the service and quality of drinks have been awful. The girls actually roll their eyes at each other and laugh when customers order drinks despite the fact that everyone can see them. They have been this way all week, but we’ve finally decided to wait until we’re in the parks to get coffee for the rest of our stay. Aventura is an amazing hotel as well as their staff, and the employees at this Starbucks are a sad misrepresentation of the hotel.
This place should close at 10 pm, I arrived at 9:45 pm and the staff refused to prepare the coffe as they have already turned off the espresso machine.
