Seating was fast as well as service. Staff was VERY nice and helpful. Meals were over priced. Hamburgers were awful. Chicken sandwich wasn’t much better. Side Caesar salad was better than both meals.
Really fun for the kids. Lots to look at. Food is ok.

I get it’s in Universal Studios but for the quality of the food and the overall taste of it, it’s overpriced. When I ordered a combo meal they had no sides that were a part of it and staff was rude. They are also slow and show no effort to serve you. Wouldn’t come back here but the place is nice for the kids. If you want to see the inside just ride the train that goes overhead, don’t even bother eating here.
