The 2 pizzas we got were good. Ordered over the app. Only things noticed that the employee wasn't wearing a face mask and was asking customers for a tip . These were ordered and paid for or the app.
We order from this Pizza Hut at least a couple times a month and I must say the best pizza that we've ever had delivery from and we have ordered from all pizza places around the Davenport area perfect every time hot quick delicious two thumbs up at least
Ordered 2 pizzas and cinnamon sticks and after 2 hours still no pizza .. Call twice and they transfer me and I sit on hold for an hour and then give up. Paid for it and never got it and apparently not getting anything. I'll never order here again. EVER! y'all lost a customer that orders here ALOT. DONE!nnUpdate .. Got my pizza after 2 hours, its not what I ordered, its cold. And one of the boxes looks like it was sat on
After 3 hours, the Pizza NEVER came. I was placed on Hold 2 times for 15 mins. Waiting for a Manager or Team Looser to come help resolve the issue. Just like my pizza NO SHOW. SO NO MATTER what your CRAVINGS are save yourself the Headache, and go with your second option. I WILL NEVER EVER, EVER order from THIS pizza hut again. Try at your own Risk
Asked me how I spelled my name and then they couldn't find my order because he spelled my name wrong. We sat outside waiting on our pizza and they never called us. Told us to wait 15 minutes, so we did, and it was already done and waiting for us.
