Ordered a cheese steak at the kiosk with lettuce, tomato, mayo and grilled onion on a non-toasted white sub roll. Got something with bacon and some kind of sauces on a toasted wheat roll. It seemed while I was waiting that the staff were more interested in cutting up with each other rather than attend to customer orders. I suppose that I should have checked my sandwich before leaving. Check yours before you do.
Pretty unimpressed. I ordered my sandwich online and went to pick it up. I expected a notification on my phone to come up to prompt me when I arrived... never happened.nnWhen I went to the sandwich counter to inquire, the lady looked at my online receipt and told me that someone had already picked up and taken my order! She then directed me to the cashier. Who had my order all along. I was absolutely furious. I’m sticking with the Wawa down the street, far better service there and no issues.
The worker who makes coffee at 6:30am (an older man) kept coughing and touching his nose as he was making the drinks. He was also touching his mouth. This is foul. This is why covid is spreading like crazy in Florida.
The gentleman making the coffee was rude! He had an attitude when I put in a special order latte. Only 1 cashier working but he was super nice. The line was very long to checkout. I felt sorry for the gentleman.
Come on can’t we have enough staff to not have us wait in your store 30 minutes for a sandwich? Mkay thanks. Next time I’ll take my money elsewhere:)
