If you want to come here, be aware that you are paying for experience, not for food. We’ve been here 2 times at dinner, second time we had a waiter Mark, he was outstanding, it was one of the best customer service we received. We love the wine selection, that supposedly is made specifically for this place and you can’t try it anywhere else. The food is good, not excellent, the portions are small. I love my escargot, lobster bisque was very delicious too. I had only one problem with my lamb, it was very very pink, I couldn’t eat that, so the waiter change it and bring me another portion of better cooked. I was very happy about that. Dessert plate has 3 different desserts, grey stuff is delicious ud83dude0b The restaurant itself is very beautiful and you do feel like you are in the beasts castle. And that’s the only place you can meet the Beast and take pictures with him. So overall I can say this experience with dinner is worth it!

The Boathouse is one of our new favorite restaurants at Disney! Our waiters were friendly and made our dinner go smoothly. They gave us complimentary rolls that were amazing. Truffle fries are a must when you go there! Make sure you make a reservation because this restaurant is always so busy.

Terrible lunch service. Made reservations for 2:10. Verified twice with employees that we were in the correct line. Waited in line for 45 minutes, why make a reservation. My four year-old fell asleep as it took too long. Had two menu questions prior-to ordering that employees didn't know. Drinks come when the food comes, unless you order a fountain drink.nBe our guest is the least hospitable restaurant in Disney that I've ever been to, making the name ironic. The delay set our schedule so far back that we missed two of our fast-pass times. Dinner may be different, but we will never come here again for lunch. We are also here in the off season. I can't imagine what this place would be like in peak season.nnAfter our lunch. We asked to speak with a manger. One came and spoke with my husband and I. We informed him that the experience was just bad and asked how their reservations typically play out. He informed us that our visit was atypical and made efforts to fix the situation.

What a nice experience here! I am so pleased that I was able to find this restaurant. I found this incredible place by accident. It was truly a very nice place to relax. All of their foods were stunning from the presentations until the taste. I will surely introduce your restaurant to all of my friends. Thank you, guys!

Best dinner experience we’ve had at Disney in the last 3 years! Wasn’t sure what to expect with some of the recent negative reviews. Our dinner was phenomenal. French onion soup, lamb chops and the filet were superb! The Beast came around several times. He just walks by in the main aisles but waves to and tries to make eye contact with everyone. The prefix meal has something for everyone and is worth every penny. The presentation was perfect. Highly recommend. Keep checking for openings. I was able to book a lunch then change it to dinner the night before.
