I ordered online and had it delivered, it arrived in 40 min instead of the quoted hour which was awesome. The toppings were decent, lots of hard core pineapple chunks but the bacon was perfect. The crust seemed different than usual and I could not tell the difference between the two crust options I chose.
Heard it was good pizza. So I went online to order 75$ worth of pizza for a group. Spent 10 min plugging away after I downloaded the app. Then app says 90 min wait. Then there was no way to check out. It says call for deliveries. So. Congrats. You lost an order with a 2 mile delivery distance. Competition take note. This is how to lose business
Zay is a GREAT MANAGER!!!! On my initial order I received the wrong pizza. Explaining the situation to Zay, he decided to replace the entire order for free!!! This is the type of service that will keep me coming back. Hungry Howie's you need to recognize Zay as an excellent store manager!
The pizza and wings tasted fine, but they overcharged me by a few dollars.
Excellant service by the guy who worked the counter!!! Food was prepared SUPERB!!! We came from Santa Fe, New Mexico and Sallisaw, Oklahoma. We always enjoy Hungry Howies's and eat there when visiting Florida!!! Restaurant was very clean and well organized!!! I work in the hospitality business which includes a 5 star resort and this place matches the service we had there in Destin!!! We had dinner on Dec. 7th around 8pm. Best wishes and much success!
