Ordered a couple pizzas. One with no cheese for my dairy free husband. They all had cheese so we went back in and the employees laughed at it for “not wanting” cheese. Will not return to this location. Highly recommend going else where for even remotely decent customer service!!

It feels like dough was frozen , cheese is not fresh and crumbled ( cheese feel like FETA cheese) ....nEmployees talking each other in different language in front of customer.... I use to buy them a lot cheese pizza but NOT anymore....nnThey prepare in advance all cheese pizza so it will dry and not fresh ...nnI guess it is time to change management and whole crew that doesn’t speaks English ...nThey need to hire more professional people who prepare fresh PIZZA

They were not busy. Ordered on line said I was going to have to wait. 2 people who had already ordered too. Simple order, a pepperoni (that should be hot and ready) and bread sticks...Pizza cut funky. Bread sticks not cooked long enough. And didn't want to give sauce to go with them....

I offered to wait for a fresh pizza knowing this staff here is pathetic when it comes to quality. I got home to a stale cold pizza. I called, they took my name and number down and said to come by anytime to have it replaced. Just went by, they never took my name and Instead of doing the right thing they refused me service and said to contact corporate. Cool, I’ll be contacting corporate.

Got a ready-made pizza out of the case and an African-American employee about 5’9” 180 said he was going to fix it up for me, he then went behind the wall and I followed and looked at him where I saw him spitting his spit right on my pizza. I was horrified, was it because of my fireman shirt I don’t know but I felt it was a set up so I just ran out fearing retribution due to the fact I was the only Caucasian in the establishment. Do I contact the franchise’s the corporate CEO or the police. Instead I’ll just put it out there on the internet and see what happens. Oh, and I don’t think I’ll be back!
