Great price and above and beyond customer service. My husband was desperate to get our car home and come home, late late night and nearly out of hope. I'd recommend these guys any chance I get. This pregnant mama thanks you for taking a load off.
Good Sams contracted this company to get our family off I-10 with our Truck and Trailer. The Original Tow Truck company cancelled the call after about a hour and half time. and it was shifted to this vendor. Being Fair lets say they got the call at 2 pm they new I had a truck and trailer. There original driver was suppose to be on sight bye 4 pm at 5 pm he called me and questioned me about the condition of my vehicle he was over a hour away still. I was then informed he couldn't handle the call because he had planned to lift my truck from the front and tow both vehicles still attached. My Rear Axle had blown a seal and had no grease. The secondary driver showed up on my sight at 9:10 PM. They did get me home, but my family set on I-10 from 12 noon. If you have Good Sam roadside assistance cancel it before you have to use it. Good Sam refused to call another vendor despite the situation. Bye the way the original driver promised on no less than 3 occasions to call me with a time update, never the first call. The driver that did get us off the road, did call when in route and as he got closer. He ended up being another Company Auto Works I have no idea who subcontracted them.nIf its 94 degrees outside and you need help I can't recommend All Pro.
My son pulled off road and got stuck in sand, Lady said it would be at least 350.00 maybe more after they looked at it, I told her never mind, I would drive five hours if I had to and pull him out, price gouging
Had to get my Lexus towed and came across these guys. Very smooth transaction and proffesional staff. They got the job done quick and for the good price.
Prompt, professional, courteous. Had my truck pulled out of a ditch and they were quick to arrive. Expensive though, for just the use of a winch, and no towing.
