The wait in line was 3 hours but worth the wait. Recommend picking up food week prior to Thanksgiving. Staff was great.

Worst operation ever waiting in line for 3 hrs still sitting here. People cutting line and no order what so ever. Now they have phones turned off!nHow long does it take to hand you ham in your car window already paid.nAbsolutely will never go back to a Honey baked company again!!nWinn Dixie has plenty of Hams

I ordered a ham for Thanksgiving this year as I have for the past few years. This is the first year that I felt disappointed. I had placed and paid for my order online which was supposed to be the faster option When I got to the sore at my selected pickup time the line was insane. There was no clear direction on where the prepaid orders were supposed to go. After waiting for some time I was finally approached by an employee who re-directed me which was still confusing, however once I figured out where I needed to be it did go more smoothly. The ham itself is the smallest ham I've received and the most expensive. I was charged $50.00 for a ham that is labeled $37.48. If your going to overcharge maybe you should remove the real price.

We went to honey baked ham to pick up our preordered ham and turkey. The line was crazy long, all the way from the store down to the beach and beyond. It took over two hours cause they had to have everyone stay in their cars to be safe. I couldn’t believe how long it took but when we got up there we saw how hard they were working. They were more efficient than chic-fil-a with what they had to deal with. We spoke to one of the managers, he was out there helping direct the cars, and he told us that they never received multiple shipments that were to have arrived that week. He said that due to that we may not receive our entire order and apologized. My wife and I told him we understood and would be happy with what we could get. After getting into the preorder line we moved up and saw dozens of employees working as fast as they could to keep the line moving. They were as prepared as they could possibly be. They even had a police officer who had volunteered to help keep the line orderly and moving along. I am thankful for the hard work they all gave to everyone that tried to get their orders. Everyone we talked to was very polite and helped us in every way they could. We will happily go back to this honey baked ham.
