Way too slow. Mobile ordering here doesn’t save you time. This has happened to me twice here. Unfortunately this is my only option for Starbucks in Key Biscayne so I keep coming back. But I think this may be my last. They need to correctly staff this place.
I finally found it! A Starbucks location that knows how to make a Butterbeer from Harry Potter. That is a secret menu item that I have been requesting from different locations for over two years. These folks know how to make it!

Just passing through, had a quick order, and everything was smooth.
Even though this location can get very busy, the baristas are always friendly and helpful. I come here frequently and never have issues with my order
