I usually really don’t like fast food pizza but I ordered the supreme deep dish type pizza the box $10.99 deal and it was super good the veggies and everything on the pizza tasted super fresh and delicious! I’ve been wanting more ever since ud83dude02ud83dudd25

Amarian is a great customer service rep! I loved his attitude, attentiveness, polite and simple wonderful. The delivery was extremely late, 2 hours for a delivery that is right down the straight and it said 20-30 estimated delivery.... I ended up going to the location and getting the pizza made fresh because of the long wait.. the pizza was delicious

I love pizza hut but do not order from this location . Our delivery driver (blonde lady) forgot TWO of our items and had to.come back twice. Super annoying when you're super hungry. I'd rather walk to a further location than get delivery from here againnnEdit: finally got our entire order at 9:21 after ordering at 8:12. She refused to come up and deliver to my door this time and made me walk on the opposite of my apartment building and walk up and down 3 floors without elevators. What is the point of ordering delivery and paying a delivery fee if I had to get my own order?

Worst customer service. Delivery in under an hour however the pizza was cold, the cheese sticks had no sauce and when we called to ask for a hot pizza, we were told they were backed up and likely the next pizza would also be cold. We were offered a $20 credit, despite the fact the order was $30, and the second person we spoke to (never a manager, they weren't in) was extremely rude and condescending. Would not recommend.

Terrible! I will never order from here again. After waiting over 2 hrs for my pizza, the delivery driver calls me and says she was scared to get out of the car at my house so she went back to the store (I live in a Security monitored gated community in Coral Gables- not sure what she was scared of) then when I call the store to cancel my order because by this time it’s almost midnight and she tells me she can send it out with a new driver and it will be there in 5 mins. I reluctantly agree.. 25 mins later the pizza arrived with the seal broken. Definitely not eating it. What a waste of my time and now I am still starving.
