This location is always friendly. There are not a lot of Pizza Huts around any more. We are thankful this one is still here! And they are open most nights until ten which is great since i work until nine a lot!
The pizza was great ,but it took close to 2-hrs to have it deliveredn10 miles ! Wasn't surprised ,as I was told it would.nIt was still worth it ,& I tipped the delivery person well !
Very few toppings. Almost no sauce. The person behind the counter lied to me when I asked her why there were only 6 pepperoni on my pepperoni pizza. SHE SAID I NEEDED TO ORDER DOUBLE PEPPERONI TO MAKE MY PIZZA LOOK LIKE THE POSTER ON THE WALL.
Ordered 2 Medium any toppings pizzas which online says they are $8.99 per pizza, plus an order of 6 piece chicken wings. Total said it was $30 and some change. On top of that I used a $25 gift card that I was given. Delivery driver came and was trying to charge me full price, which was $41. I called the store here located in Bonita Springs FL. They would not honor my $25 gift card and on top of that wanted to charge me full price for everything. When it said that the pizzas were $8.99. When I called the store, the manager claimed that it wasn’t her problem and that the discounts don’t get added on automatically. I’ve been ordering from this location for years, online, over the phone etc. I’ve never had an issue, until today. They basically kept my $25 gift card and my order. The on shift manager was very rude and wouldn’t do anything to fix my issue. Sorry, I was not going to pay $41 for an order that was supposed to be $30 plus my gift card so it really should have been $5. Also one of their employees was in the background shouting “What are you complaining about if you were getting free food”
Good crisp crust and fresh toppings delivered hot every time.
