Hung up on twice. Tried calling again, but no one picked up phone after that. Just trying to give simple delivery instructions. Horrible customer service.
Have food delivered at least once a month. Food is always fantastic.
I picked up food on Saturday and four of the five cooks did not wear masks at all. There were four men and one woman. The woman was the only one with a mask on. . I asked the fellow at the register if the employees were required to wear masks. He said yes and that he would tell them. I kept watching him as I was leaving the store, and he never said a thing. I think your food is delicious, but with 200,000 deaths in the US from COVID-19, I don’t think I’ll be ordering there again.
This restaurant is NOT the same as it used to be. Was a regular customer for 14 years but since Covid the quality is horrible. For example, the side of dumplings wasn't even cooked! The Chicken Lo Mein barely had any chicken in it. Employees are miserable. Has been like this for over six months now. Looking elsewhere for my chinese takeout.
Wonton soup was delicious prices are fair great restaurant I'll be ordering again.
