I wanted to cook less and still have a healthy diet, so we tried Fresh Fit Naples. The experience has been amazing. It's easy to contact them online to see the menu and request substations of meals if necessary. Delivery is reliable twice a week. We love the food- it's fresh and well made. The vegetables are done perfectly and the portion sizes are just right. This is a quality food delivery with great delivery.

Fresh Fit Foods is a delicious, convenient option for prepared meals. The food is fresh, great quality and the service is exceptional. Chad is very accommodating and answers questions/ replies promptly to emails, the portions are appropriate, and the delivery is right on time. Great company to work with and reasonable prices given the quality of food. I strongly recommend.

Before starting with Fresh Fit Food I did my research in fort myers area and cape coral, I previously tried another company that delivered healthy meals, and I can honestly say that there is no point of comparison. I was looking for really good food, delicious flavor and variety. When I found Fresh Fit Food it was exactly what I was looking for. I loved their food!, It's fresh, super healthy, delicious and super varied, which is the most important thing for me. Try them out, they will meet all your expectations and more!

Chef Chad is amazing and so are his meals. This service has been invaluable to me and my family. The meals are wholesome and fresh, saves me and my wife hours of time while still being able to enjoy fresh, nutritious meals. Chef Chad was always accommodating to requests and super responsive. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I found Fresh Fit Foods (FFF) by searching prepared meal delivery in Naples. So glad I did. These meals have been a life saver for my mom and her 90 year old husband. We opted for the 4 lunches and 4 dinner plan and the food is spectacular. Fresh, tasty, nutritious and plenty of it. So far Chad and his team are number 1 in my book.
