I would give a zero if possible. Save yourself a major headache and DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Placed an order and received confirmation at 6:01pm. Received a text from Bite Squad stating the order was delayed and arrival time was 6:59pm. Was unable to get a response from live chat or email so called restaurant at 7:25pm and found out that the order had been ready for delivery for over 30 minutes. Restaurant stated they had attempted to contact Bite Squad 4 times over the 30 minutes and received no response. Requested a refund and will never attempt to use this service again

Bitesquad, until you stop grouping orders on opposite sides of town I will be a completely unsatisfied customer. You sent my food 10 minutes north of me to drop off food on the north end of town before bringing me my lukewarm food to south St Pete.nnBitesquad, if you must group orders please only group orders in adjoining neighborhoods only. I am tired of my food sitting in someone’s car for 30+ minutes.

My first time using Bite Squad. At 6:07 pm Ordered 2 1/2 hot subs for delivery from a place about 15 minutes away. It indicated a delivery time of 7:15. That's fine if the food isn't ready until around 7 but the restaurant reported that it would be ready at 6:28 and from there it went downhill. the order tracker kept pushing the delivery window later and later (it last said 7:38 pm). It would not update the map showing the driver location (it showed her at a house well south of where the restaurant is). I chatted online with 2 employees who could not help (the first person ended the chat before doing anything) so we wound up with food delivered cold after 7 pm. I requested a refund from a third chat person but she could only give a $10 credit. I was on the computer for an hour trying to find out where the food was and whether it was arriving on time if at all. Finally the delivery person texted me but she was already running way behind. The food was cold and of course heating it up properly took even longer. So my suggestion is to use any delivery service other than Bite Squad. There is a reason they have a 3.1 rating.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered at 645 pm still have not received our food and it’s 855pm. Find another service.

One star isn’t low enough. Avoid this service at all costs. Slow and unreliable as well as very very questionable business practices. Some restaurants don’t even realize this service is listing their business and then providing absolutely terrible service until there are problems. Then, Bite squad is having drivers call in the order under their name because the service is so bad that restaurants won’t deal with them directly.
