Super chill staff! The place was absolutely Immaculate. I feel like they did a good job of social distancing and keeping everyone safe! I will definitely be back to this location. I would highly recommend this Starbucks location to All of my friends and family and the customer service was A++

I placed a mobile order at 7:53. When I arrived at 8:10 they told me they were 15-20min behind after I told the girl at the front that I was here for a mobile order. The other woman handling the mobile orders was running around like crazy. Nobody addressed me for over 10 min or even checked if my order was ready until I was insistent that I saw it already there in which case they told me they had no idea I was waiting on a to go order (which was stated when I arrived). I was late for my bosses bday/my work meeting when I could’ve been on time had there been proper communication or if someone would have at least addressed me or checked.nI understand that things happen. That’s why I ordered in advance. But it was not a good experience.

745am - Crazy traffic in parking lot/drive thru but wonderful service from Belinda and delicious Turkey Bacon and latte!

The employees are always very nice however this past month they’re always out of various supplies to make drinks I would estimate that in the last month their war 10 to 12 times I was told they could not make the drink for whatever reasons.

Gave me someone else's drink so had to drive back to get the right one. No apology or even acknowledged the mistake. Then, probably the worse made drink I've ever had at a Starbucks.
