I've had a VERY different experience than what has been posted here. I walked in, there was one customer at the counter and at least 3 other employees in the store doing various things. NO ONE greeted me, NO ONE asked if I needed any help. When I finally asked for help it was almost like I was interrupting them. I had asked about items on sale, and they had to ask each other about it, not really sure of their product, it seemed. I finally was able to get the full attention of Cindy and she turned out to be quite pleasant and helpful at checkout.
Customer service needs A LOT of work. Making sure each customer feels important the minute they walk in, this should be high on the list of job descriptions. (Just saying!)
Quality and quantity of products is great.
One of the Ladies that works there, went out of her way to seeif there was 2 pairs of scrubs that I wanted. I ended up buying two of the pants one To take home and the other one was ordered and should be there in a week. Very happy with the service there. Brande Saulnier
It's a great place to shop, the girls there are very helpful. With all you're nursing scrubs.
