Had such a great experience with this company and their customer service. We did not receive an item my husband ordered for me around Christmas. When we contacted the company, they went above and beyond to remedy the situation!
I love Coco and Main! Not only do they have adorable pieces with affordable prices, but they fit super well, too! Customer service has always been amazing, going above and beyond to help their customers. I recommend them to all my friends and family. I feel like half my wardrobe is from them, and I know all my favorite pieces are! I highly recommend Coco and Main!
I purchase from this company all the time, however my most recent experience has caused me to NOT purchase from them wvwe again. I have emailed their customer service over and over telling them how ai did not order one of the shirts sent to me. I had ordered a black one. That I needed to exchange it. No answer. I emailed again, no answer, again and again. This company doesnt care. After you give them your money that's it. This was on top of ordering other items, paying for them and a day later them telling me they no longer had them in stock. This company needs to get it together! Customer service should be number one no matter the size of the customer's complaint! Needless to say I'm taking this company off my list of favorites.
Great service and good quality clothing.
I have been ordering clothes for a couple years now from Coco and Main and I can't ask for a better company! The clothes are awesome and one of a kind, the customer service is great, and you can't beat the prices. Shipping is quick! I haven't bought clothes hardly anywhere else, my closet is mostly just Coco and Main. I get asked very often where I get my items from, because they are so fashionable and stylish.
