Now they try yo improve the service with the screens where you order they print a ticket and go to the cashier and pay and go to sit and use those numbers for when they bring your order, nice try, and even the staff is little more committed to do the extra. SECOND REVIEW FROM AT THE BAD EXPERIENCE HAVE IT WAIT FOR A CASHIER AND WHEN SHE IS READY TO PICK MY ORDER SHE JUST SWITCH TO TAKE THE FRY STATION INSTEAD OF FINISHING MY ORDER. TERRIBLE SERVICE THEY THINK THEY ARE DOING US A FAVOR O LIKE IF WE ASKING FOR CHARITY.

Sorry, can't give this restaurant a better rating. Food was typical fare for McDonald's. Hot, predictable, good. BUT, the rest of Florida is open for business! They had EVERY seat inside AND OUTSIDE roped off. Nowhere to sit! Had to eat in our car. Shame on you McDonald's. You can do better.

Went through drive thru for lunch. I ordered a Big Mac, my bread looked like there was a bite out of it and my pickle did not make it on my sandwich. The bread was old and fell apart as I ate it. My husband ordered 20 chicken nuggets they were cold. 2 years ago I said you were great. Now, your management could care less of my food. Why???? I am disappointed in this store. Get some better managers who can run a store who cares what I get and how it tastes.

Honestly, this place deserve a 1 star. The management is absolutely the worse management team I’ve ever seen. Not only did they embarrassed me in front of so many other customers. They even walked out. This place has gone way done. And all they simple had to do was sell me some Pokémon cards. They promote online they would sell them in single boosters. Here’s the worst part. They changed me for buying 20 packs. And yet I got zero. Completely the worst manager. Miss Sanchez as the one that really stepped way down to prove she’s worse than we could have imagined. I’m so sorry, I’ve never been this mad in my life for a very long time. I kept my cool, but next time I won’t have any cool left to keep cool.

Simple order. 10 piece nugget meal medium with Black Ice coffee (no soda), 2 cheese burger meal, buttermilk chicken meal. The nuggets were were cold and old, the ice coffee had cream in it with sugar and we got three sodas and were charged for the extra soda. And you guys want $15 an hour?!
