I wish I got the name of the salesperson who helped (long blonde hair), but she was an angel (no pun intended). I went bra shopping last year and all the bras I got wore out than less than a year (about six months after). So I went into Victoria's Secret. I am aware that they are expensive, but I wanted something that will last and not tear within six months. I asked for a bra fitting and told her what I thought my size was, but I was actually off by two cup sizes! I thought I was a 36 for 5 YEARS! Once I got my correct size, she showed me what she recommended-and I could not be happier. Again, their bras are expensive, but the saying goes that good is not cheap. It is worth the investment. They also made me never want to go to Bath and Body Works ever again because their perfumes last so much longer and don't give me headaches (and they are cheaper too).

I read the reviews and I just want to say I had a great experience! The first gal was extremely helpful walked me over to the table of items I was looking for and spent some time with me,I didn't feel rushed at all! second gal was super helpful she saw my toddler was being awful, she stepped right in and helped me without hesitation , she even got her some little candies and looked in the back for some colors of items I couldn't find on the floor! Store was clean and everyone was efficient with the covid practices.

Left feeling terrible about myself. I was just doing some shopping when an employee walked up to me telling me about all the deals going on (started off as a great conversation) and then out of the blue the employee body shamed me, making me feel like I shouldn’t be shopping at all. Needless to say I will never be returning. Terrible experience.

Kayla, store manager, literally makes things up (eg: "the system just processed a refund and won't tell me how much... the only option is to mail you a gift to your house... etc", and makes it really difficult for customers to return things. Her "rules" do not coincide with company policy. They opened the store well after they were supposed to. Just not a good vibe at all
