Like others have commented, it's really unfortunate that this location is the only one that can deliver to my area. I really TRULY wish Domino's Corp would allow customers at least one or two more location choices. The manager at this location is running it into the ground. Nearly every pizza I've ordered over the last year and a half has been terrible. Missing toppings, under-cooked, over-cooked, soggy, too hard, you name it they've messed it up that way. The truly sad thing about this, is that I really do love Domino's pizzas. But this location is absolutely destroying my love with their awful, terrible pizzas.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I hate that this is the only location that delivers to me. This time (because I’ve had several issues over the years), I received an alert that the driver was on the way. After waiting 30 minutes...I live less than 3 miles away...I called the store. I was told he has other deliveries and to just wait. I asked what happens if he doesn’t show. Nothing. No response. I asked again. He hung up. The franchisee doesn’t care and it flows down to the staff.
Best domino’s to order cold pizza an hour late. Truly amazing. It wouldn’t be so offensive if it was the first time happening.
Appreciate the company for acknowledging when the delivery time is not within what was estimated, they offer a free pizza or coupon.
I adore this restaurant a lot. It has a different mood. The cuisine is splendid. the service is powerful and the waiters are courteous. The pay is reasonable. I highly recommend.
