The food was absolutely beautiful, they are not lacking in carry out presentation. And the blew me away with the taste. It was so delicious and flavorful! I've never enjoyed a grilled shrimp salad so much in my life! It had a spicy notes on the shrimp and sweetness in the dressing. I was pleasantly surprised with the chopped plantain mixed throughout. I enjoyed it so much a went the next day for the grilled chicken salad. I will definitely be a returning customer, so I can chase my way through the menu.

Nothing less than amazing. My mother who is super picky loves their food. The steam fish and fried chicken is real authentic, as if you were in Jamaica. I would most definitely recommend Rootz Bar n Cafe for some real good Jamaican cuisine.

Absolutely to die for! By far one of the best if not the best Jamaican places in South Florida. If you’re looking for something authentic heck even something a little different this is the place to be I really use the word sensational but if I had to pick one word to describe this food it would be just that. I am not a fan of curry or other exotic spices but when I say I will happily try and eat everything on this menu I mean just that. This has open and brighten my taste buds to a new culture and cuisine thank you for the experience! Let’s not forget the amazing customer service from the minute you walk in to the minute you leave your treated as family or a long-term friend.

Not sure why I keep getting food here. Their pasta always has a weird, sweet taste, even if the dish is labeled hot/spicy. It's all cooked well, but the sugary taste is not tasty.

Check out the mac & cheese its out of this world no lie. It is has a zesty cheese sauce flavor
