My son Absolutely loves CoreBox! He borders Special Needs, but he's big and appears avg till after a few minutes of speaking to him. Mike and the guys there treat him just like everyone else. Expectations of him, achievements and conduct. But....they do give him a lil wiggle room and understating, without him even knowing it.nCole does youth boxing and I know it makes him feel good about himself, accomplished and empowered. Corebox has created a welcoming environment for people of all abilities; highly skilled instructors providing challenging workouts, while motivating, encouraging and celebrating the participants!!nIt’s much more than a gym, the connection is stronger more like a family.
Walking into a new boxing gym can sometimes be intimidating. Not the case here. Everyone here is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Great trainers and gym. Their classes give you a good butt-kicking but there's no shortage of good motivators to help you smile and finish strong!
Mike Foley rules!
I have been training with Mike for at least 7 years now. He extremely knowledgeable and I trust him 100%. He has pushed me to reach all my athletic goals which include 2 half marathons, 4 tough mudders, 2 Ragnar races and many 5k’s. In addition to taking the group classes at Corebox, Mike has created a training program that focuses on my strengths and weaknesses. I highly recommend Corebox and Mike as well as the other trainers.
