Domino's Pizza

Stayed over at a hotel so we ordered pizza online. Order went through, charged my card and all. Half hour later I checked the app to see how much longer the wait would be, only to find out that my order was canceled! Called the store and after 15 minutes of waiting on someone to pick up the phone, I was told they were sorry my order was canceled due to online being shut off. Ok. Can I order now? No sir, we aren't delivering. Now I have to wait on my refund for 3-5 business days?! Guess these rewarf points will go to waste because you just lost a loyal customer for over 30 years. I am tired of the games corporate companies play. I will only buy from local business from now on.

worst service ever and I love dominoes,ordered four chicken dinners a pizza and wings three chicken dinners came with out chicken one was half empty when I called the so called manager got upset and told me to call customer service which doesn't exist. pizza hut from now on or Pappas johns who i hate

Sadly I won't be ordering from this location ever again, last night we ordered two pizzas and breaded chicken. The driver only arrived with one pizza and the chicken, she was very nice and didn't know the order was incomplete said she would run and get it. I called the store to let then know we were missing a pizza and that sadly the thin crust that had arrived was cold, we don't even live far from their location. I went on to say that by the time the driver came back with the second pizza that it would be cold too! So the girl over the phone who never provided her name said they would remake the whole order, that was nice of them and the right thing to do. Went to heat up one of the pizzas today to find a long hair baked into it, not sure if it was on purpose... because last when I called to tell them what was going on the girl who answered the phone wouldn't give her name. When she answered I asked who I was speaking with, her answer was I don't give out my name... I was like well never heard that one before. Your dealing with customer service how could you not say hello my name is and thank you for calling Domino's how can I help you?! (Which is how all other Domino's answer their phones) Not in any moment was I rude, my family didn't need to eat at almost 11pm or have cold pizza arrive. The driver Tammy was awesome great customer service, she was a sweet heart and went above and beyond. Sadly this store needs some training..

During this difficult season it has been a pleasure doing business here. The delivery was fast and efficient, the food was fresh. I felt safe and valued as a customer and person. That feels great. Thank you for treating me with care. The best part is that I have ordered from several different locations, and each time my experience didn’t change. Thank you.

Decent fastfood pizza when you need a quick choice of food. Always coupons for food. Good enough when substituting for good pizza.
