Worst pizza ever!!! I saw the name Disalvo’s and ASSumed it was like the Disalvo’s pizza I used to order decades ago. I was wrong! Placing the order the young lady who answers the phone is sorta rude like. The first time I called she placed me on hold and I called back and she took my order. After placing my order how hard is to say good bye. Why do people just slam the phone down. There’s is a such thing as called proper phone etiquette. Anyway... my pizza arrived it was cold and burnt. Didn’t at all look like what I expected. The garlic rolls didn’t even taste like they were done... I still can’t believe the way my pizza looked like... $33.00 a total waste. That’s not the end of it. When the delivery girl arrived she actually gave me the wrong order. Tried to convince me it was my order. I told her to just cancel the order. She said “Wait I have more orders in the car.” Never in my life will I ever order from here again. If I want gourmet pizza I will stick to Umbertos.
My sister and I took my parents to this restaurant since my dad has been about three months in the hospital and he really like their food. We spent around $70 and we made a complaint about why we only got three garlic rolls if we were 4 people eating. The young white woman who said was the manager was the most rude employee at a restaurant that we had ever met. Instead of apologizing for the service, she kept saying that if we were not happy, we could leave the restaurant then. She refused to served us the dessert that we had ordered and said she want us out of her restaurant, she went to an office to call the police on us! My dad who recently had an open heart surgery felt so bad,about the terrible experience that employee makes us feel! I'm sure if the owner was there, he/she would not let that happened. We will never go back to that restaurant because it's the worst service customers could get! We don't recommend it to anyone either.nI
I used to order here at least 1 to 2 times a week and I cannot believe how south this place has gone. The last four times I have ordered my food has taken over an hour and a half to get to me and was cold and let me add I live less than a mile away (could I just go pick it up, yes but when you have kids with homework and getting home late from work, delivery is the best)nThis last time after an hour and 45 minutes had passed and still no food I called to get refund I was greeted with the worst guest service I could imagine. Not even apologetic or anything of that sort and I have ordered from here for years. My girls loved the food but we will be finding a new place.
Great pizza. Top pizza place in the greater miami area for me. Green olives is the best choice.
The service that they provide is mediocre. The waitress that served us was sweet and kind, she is the best thing that is there. The pizza chef/manager is a waste of space. He does not take the time to talk to customer with concerns whether they are about patrons or employees. They also don't care about allergy concerns or federal laws.
