I live less than one mile from this location. Pizza delivered cold, no exaggeration. Very little cheese (on a pizza?!?). Just not good and I’m pretty easy when it comes to pizza. Haven’t had Pizza Hut pizza in years. Now I remember why. Little Caesars (thin crust) tastes way better, and less expensive.

I was delivered an uncooked pizza, the dough was soft and discolored like it was still partially frozen. I called and asked to speak to the manager & was put on hold for 20 minutes. I drive there while remaining on hold to see if anyone would ever answer. I get to the store and the manager is standing there doing absolutely nothing along with another employee . I asked her why have I been on hold for 20 minutes and she could not tell me. I showed her the pizza and she tried to blame it on the sauce but I order from this Pizza Hut often and they usually get it right. Then she started talking in Spanish (I understand and speak Spanish as well) but she did not know that until I told her. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. I asked her if I’m going to be refunded and she rolled her eyes crushed the receipt and threw it at me. I “lost it” as I have never seen the level of disrespect that I have seen in this lady. The manager’s name is Hella. She blocked me and my sister from calling but I will be filing a complaint with corporate and posting reviews any and everywhere I can. Pizza Hut has lost a loyal customer.

I guess I ordered extra attitude from manager topping... door locked 30 min after opening and she mad I had to wait 5 more min to open the door. If she doesn't like the job time to go. P.s. my first one star review ever. The pizza was good but the experience was the worst.

Staff at the store on Hiatus and st rd 84 was rude and unfriendly. I literally said thank you THREE times to the two employees and they just ignored me and continued there conversation. My pizza was tuff and dry. Had to argue with manager for twenty minutes because I ordered a 3 topping pizza and only wanted pepperoni and extra cheese and they kept trying to charge me 2$ extra. I only got two topping instead of three why would you charge me for extra chesse when its one of my toppings and I didn't even get all three topping that was allowed. Spent 32$ for a horrible experience and nasty food. Very disappointed. Never going back and would not recommend to anyone.

This is the slowest pizza hut on the planet. I ordered delivery a few weeks back and it took the over two hours. I tried again, this time I ordered online to pick up. Was told that my order would be ready in about 20 minutes. I get there 20 minutes after placing the order and still had to wait about 45 minutes. Not to mention, when I got home one of my pizzas were Missing sauce ud83dude33 horrible!! I didn't bother mentioning anything due to the fact that I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK TO THIS PIZZA HUT AGAIN!!
