Manny is really awesome at what he does! Quick and professional but most importantly very genuine. With me being a female it’s hard to find mechanics that will explain everything and remain honest when doing so. He has helped me with my car on two different occasions and both results were awesome! Lastly whenever I call he accommodates me right away and works with my busy schedule. If you are looking for a reasonable honest mechanic look no further!
I highly recommend Autotech Mobile Mechanic. Manny is awesome. He's responsive, responsible, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He really goes above and beyond to make sure the issue gets resolved. I also really appreciated that he took the time to explain what he was doing and the steps he took to reach the conclusions he did about my car issue.nWhen he couldn't fix an issue, he connected me with the company that could and then continued to keep in touch and monitor the progress until it got done. I was very impressed with his work.
Ladies! I highly recommend this company. Hands down I am no longer going to those big chain mechanics. I was at my breaking point with them when they would consistently up charge me or tell me this was my problem when it wasn’t the problem. Manual came out and knew what my issue was right away. Turns out Advance Auto put in the wrong battery size this entire time! Manuel showed me the correct size of the battery I needed for my Mazda and I couldn’t believe it. My car started up immediately with no hesitation. I’m NEVER using anyone else but Manuel. He never tried to up sell me, never pressured me into buying parts I didn’t need, explained everything to me, and was so nice about answering all my questions. I couldn’t be more thrilled. Thank you Manuel for saving me money and being an honest mechanic. I truly appreciate it :).
My car would not start ,turned out to be the throttle body, No mechanic has ever explained everything to me like this. He used several methods for diagnostics and explained every one. Once the part was changed,my car started right up. Mani didn't stop there, he advised me that my coolant was empty, and that my car sensor was not working properly. I would highly recommend this service, especially if you are a woman. Mani was polite, respectful,and professional. He also offered road side assistance, for this part,free of charge,and also if I break down. It so rare these days to actually know you haven't been ripped off. Mani was just excellent in every way. I highly recommend him.I will use this service again and again.Do not hesitate. I feel if I went to a shop id be paying much more. Thank you again for your excellent, honest service.
Manny did a great job and in a timely manner! He explained to me everything that was wrong and replaced my starter within an hour. I called and asked for same day service as I discovered my car wasn’t starting some time in the late afternoon. He assured me that he would be able to stop by the same day although it may be a little later than usual because of the late notice. So thankful he was able to come and I was back on the road with a perfectly running car.
