WOW used COVID as an opportunity to take my money - charged me twice for a monthly membership in less than 3wks without even warning me they were going to start the payments again. This, after I had to be the one to reach out and freeze my membership when they emailed members saying that the club would be closed but still charged me for that month. I let them keep the money the first 2 times because times are tough but this is unacceptable. I told them I would warn everyone about their lack of professionalism, so here it is.

This morning the Kickboxing instructor was a no call no show. Not everyone likes to wake up on a Saturday morning, so not giving a heads up is a huge disappointment. Please do not be like LA Fitness.
