I LOVE J Crew, always have. They have the nicest sales people too.
POOR quality CUSTOMER SERVICE especially if you're BROWN skinned. I'm of East Indian ancestry and I've been to this shop just 2-3 times... every time is the same. The 2 ladies there (one for sure a store manager) was very rude and condescending and contrastingly kind to caucasian customers there at the same time I was. J Crew, I highly suggest you invest some money in training your Salt Lake City "crew" on what racial equality, diversity acceptance and respect to fellow humans is. You've lost a customer that has the most important color on the planet, GREEN DOLLAR bills!

I really love the quality of most of JCrew’s clothing and the selection. My review is for the store in the Fashion Place Mall. It is impossible to shop and buy anything there. They keep the place so ridiculously dark, it crazy. I have stopped in a few times and every time I walk out because I cannot see what I am looking at. Now, in case you are wondering, I have great eyesight and I am not old, so believe me it’s not me. I finally spoke up today and asked a store associate about it and they said they get complaints all the time! And they said someone was supposed to fix the issue 2 YEARS ago!! I just left again shaking my head that they could be so ridiculous. What retailer can afford to lose sales on purpose?!
I enjoy J.Crew. I like their style of clothing and friendly employees. I also enjoy their deals. Great sale deals, often have additional deals on regularly processed items. Plus, they have a 15% student discount. Also, the best socks known to man are here.
