Very helpful and friendly staff. Right now there is usually a wait to get in due to the pandemic. Lululemon prices are high and they rarely have reduced prices, but their products are great. I bought some leggings/tights that I really like and they feel great. The pockets on the sides are great for holding my phone and keys. I'd certainly buy more if prices were lower.
I went to the store with a pair of leggings I paid over $110 for it. And it give me rush and marks on my leg where the seams are. They are still have tag attached. The lady I talk to said it’s on sale even I paid over $110 for it. So they can’t do anything for me. I was very disappointed with how I was treated. She was very rude and didn’t even check on my items before she said there is nothing wrong with it.
Lululemon at Fashion Place in Murray, Utah is a clean store with helpful associates that greet you at the door.
This Canadian fitness clothing store has high quality conservative designs that perform well.
The store is easy to shop and ADA complaint.
Do not come to the Murray location!
I love lululemon products the quality is amazing.
However this is the worst location ever since Covid.
They never answer their phones, your waiting in line 30-50 minutes, and just close the store when they feel like it. Since March I haven’t been able to get in this store to make a purchase or exchange an item.
I’ve had to drive all the way to city creek, you walk in, no lines and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly
The Lulu Lemon store in the Fashion Place mall is great. The store is always clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a great selection but sometimes sizes are limited.
