First time visiting this location. I wanted to try the Impossible sandwich and the veggie burrito(I am vegetarian). They repeated my order correctly and everything seemed fine, when I get home to try my burrito, it has bacon and sausage all over it and is not labeled. I'm utterly appalled and disgusted. They may think it's funny to trick vegetarians into eating meat but it's unhealthy and unethical. Needless to say I spent $6 on dog food. I did call in to complain and a nice lady by the name of Taylor said she would replace or refund the burrito and offered a gift card. Meanwhile I'm still hungry... Thanks Starbucks ud83dudc4d
Barista in drive-thru very attentive & courteous been to this location numerous occasions prior to COVID19. Didn't get his name bought a ud83cudf83 latte my friend bought Pike ☕ coffee.
I visit this Starbucks at least 3 times per week. Always efficient, friendly and professional. Thanks Starbucks!
