Come here fairly often as it's located near my house. Drinks are typically good. Biggest complaint is that they are always closed at odd times so you never know until you're at your destination. Last night I went there only for them to randomly be closed at 5:00pm. I'd rather make the drive to o the Pines Blvd location for that reason alone.

They’re always running out of items, making drinks incorrectly, and closing the cafe without explanation, which makes it impossible for someone to order if they don’t have a vehicle. Try to find another Starbucks. I’ll never patronize this Starbucks again

By far the most inexperienced baristas at a Starbucks EVER. About 12 minutes ago my aunt and I went to get two Irish cream cold brews and once we drove away from the Starbucks and finally took a sip of the drink, we immediately knew it was wrong. The most important things in this drink were missing.. The Irish Cream and sugar.. This is very embarrassing for these baristas. The drink literally says Irish Cream.. HOW DO YOU FORGET THE MOST IMPORTANT THING!? Baristas need work on what they're making. Not knowing that this Starbucks was rated with 3.2 stars, my aunt and i thought nothing wrong will happen since we've never had a bad experience at any Starbucks. But I DO NOT recommend going to this Starbucks. please don't make the same mistake we did, check the reviews on a place before you go there, and taste your drink before you drive away..

Today 12/31/2020 around 2:15 I put an order through the drive through but the person who was taking the orders took an extremely long time taking my order and didn't know what she was doing or how to take an order. So, when I went to the window I repeat my order many times to make sure everything was good because I was ordering three different drinks and a sandwich. So, when I recieved my food one of my drinks were made wrong. I asked them to remake my drink and the guy who was working there named Jacob who is blonde with glasses was very disrespectful and told me to go to a Starbucks inside target to fix my drink. (I put a description just incase they gave me the wrong name) So this guy made me go around the line again which I had to waste my time again for another 15 minutes. Of course at this time I didn't want anything and only wanted my refund. I always came to this Starbucks and I spend a lot of money and some of the women working there are extremely nice. But the group that was working today was terrible.
