My experience this past weekend completely changed my mind about this place. I’ve previously ordered here multiple times and really enjoyed it. Over the weekend, I placed an online pickup order, as I live 20 minutes away and it would be ready by the time i got there. The order confirmed and charged my card. When I got there, they only provided my drinks, so I asked for the food I ordered. They told me the order was just for drinks. I showed my confirmation, order details, order number, and that I had been charged for two drinks AND two meals. No solution was offered other than that I shouldn’t have ordered so late and to dispute it with my credit card company. If you weren’t making food anymore (during normal operation hours as posted on your website), you shouldn’t have taken the order and charged the card. Won’t be returning.

I order some drinks and THEY GAVE ME the WRONG drinks and the would not exchange after I had already paid for them.nThey offered to give me half off on the right drinks so I had to KEEP the wrong drinks and STILL pay 1/2 price for the correct ones.nThe “supervisor” name Chris kept saying that it wasn’t him who made the drinks (but the they were wrong and he works there) BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I had my camper parked over night at the Walmart out front.. I’ve had a very long week of traveling and I woke up so thirsty for a cold drink. I look out of my window to see this place, 0 degrees perfect! I need a cold drink!! My friend walked over to get us some drinks. I had picked the frozen tai tea. I didn’t care for it all so I walked back over and politely asked if I could switch it for another drink. The woman at the counter went to the back and when she returned she informed me that she could “remake the drink, but not make a different drink.” That’s strange, why would I want the same drink twice when I don’t like it?? I asked her if there was a price difference I would pay the difference. She said they do not have a price difference and still refused to make me another drink. I took a few small sips out of the drink and that is all. I am so disappointed.This is not how I wanted to start my day ud83dude14
