I can't believe that the person behind the register wasn't wearing a mask... Especially concerning that we are the hot spot in the United States. I will never go back to the 7-Eleven even though it's right down the street from my house. It shows that the employees Don't Care About Us
They are nice but they try to take every cent they possibly can make sure you get the correct amount of change and wrong prices.
Bad costumer service plus the manager was rude!!!
the price was $9.99 get charged for $15 I told her the price that she charges was wrong she responded Back she will change it next time.
I told her to refund back the money. I’m not going to let her take advantage of me.
Around 9:40 AM on 8/15 I went into this store to purchase some items and the older gentleman working the counter was rude. When I asked him why he was being rude to me he said it didn't matter and threatened to call the cops if I didn't leave. Please fire this man.
Horrible customer service by the manager. Had sale sign posted didn't want to honor it claiming she had no control if it. Managers can override a price because they were in the wrong. You don't argue with a customer trying to explain how there's 58 cents tax on a 2 dollar transaction. If you wanna do this make sure the customer hasn't calculated the tax rate in there head already. Just so you know before sale it would be 3.40 for 2 drinks even that number with a tax of 10% it would be 34 cents. Hopefully the manager recieves disciplinary action as a result of her poor performance. This was at about 915 this morning, 11/12. The actual employee understood that they need to honor the price and was trying to help. She wouldn't. After arguing with her she ripped the 2 bucks from my hand saying with heavy aggression in her voice, fine I'll pay for it. Again this is not acceptable from any management position
