Definitely worth a try. I stopped by for breakfast and it was a great experience. The bagels are made in-house and are a mix of an everything and whole grain. It was fantastic, I never tasted anything like that. Also picked up a freshly made chocolate croissant. The menu had a lot of great options, including vegetarian and vegan soups and roasted cauliflower. I’ll be head back to try their lunch options.nnUpdate: I went back the same day for lunch. Again, it was a solid choice. The roasted cauliflower comes with a side of sourdough bread and romanesco sauce. It was delicious.
Love love love Effe Cafe! This spot hidden within a nondescript gas station is a culinary gem, featuring chef-driven lunches and breakfasts. My personal fave is the chorizo burrito, with a delicious chorizo that has just the right amount of heat to make it an exciting breakfast. Their sandwiches are outstanding, as are the homemade loaves of sourdough you can pick up. Lastly, the dessert counter has a bunch of succulent sweets by renown South Florida pastry chef Patty Lopez.
Great tasting and freshly made items. Small takeout spot in the gas station. I had their multigrain sourdough bread and their guava cinnamon rolls. Both were excellent ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d
