Last week I bought 3 shakes, vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. All three were of soft drink texture, so I decided to put them in freezer when I got home. Today I ordered two shakes and wanted to drink it as soon as I got it. And the same thing.happened again. It was whip cream sitting on a very liquidy substance and did not have the consistency of a normal shake. This was the only location that I have come across that you cannot enjoy a nice solid shake.
Rarely perfect food at this location. The fish sandwich was well prepared; the french fries were rather cold and limp. At least they were free with the app!
Ok, so I got on here to say....this McDonald’s has gotten significantly better. everytime I come there, their fries are always fresh and the staff is much friendlier. I used to have a problem of always having my meal wrong, but not any more. And something that used to really annoy me is that their fries used to never be salted but now they always are. Good job on the turn around guys! Keep it up!!
Spanish lady was so mad when I ask for a cup with water at the last window with my order she kept asking me why I didn't order it at the first window and when on and on and on.nnI couldn't do anything but laugh at how petty she was being. Is it worth the complaint or should you just hand over a cup on water hahahaha!
