I traveled from Pennsylvania to celebrate my birthday as a family here in Florida. We decided it would be fun to visit a bowling alley so I searched google maps for one nearby and available for today. So I got to this place with my nephews and my daughter. Upon entering I was received by a gentleman who without letting me speak told me that it was closed. I question him and with a very bad attitude he tells me that it is only open for the club ...nI understand that there are days for this type of clientele, but I believe that they should not make misleading announcements. Their schedule does not specify anything about it, and in a familiar place there should not be such an arrogant, unprofessional and aggressive employee. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
Pretty much all of the bowling balls have so many deep scratches that it messes up the curve of your throw. Prices are expensive and I'm pretty sure none of the shoes are sanitized or anything is cleaned. They also charge you a covid-19 fee which is 3% of what you pay and why should I have to pay extra because we have a pandemic? However the people at the shoe counter are pleasant and helpful.
Went to get my ball re-drilled and found out that I only needed new grips. The span seemed to be OK. I smell a 600 coming with this ball. Great job!
Enjoyed the game & other fun but could have done without the wait & covid-19 charge lol.
It was clean. They wiped down the tables and chairs before we sat down. The lanes were nice!!!
