There was an awesome worker this morning. Great great customer service. But her manager outside smoking she walked back into the store looked at the line if guest. And stayed on her phone came back outside to smoke.
Empolyee's were great, once they realized no help was coming from the manager with cheek tattoos was not coming to help. She decided to smoke outside. This is such a bad look for your store. Good people work there, poor management.
Customers are allowed to go in and out of the store WITHOUT A MASK😡
NO MASK! NO SERVICE! NO BUSINESS! SHEEP!
