Highly recommend the Fuse Pilates ladder class. The combination of the Fuse method of teaching classes upon request and the ladder being so versatile makes for an incredible workout. Try it out!

Great instructors, beautiful studio, great music, and the best pilates workout around if you're looking for something upbeat and nontraditional. Moved to Boston and can't find one place as good as Fuse, love the toys and mat classes!
