Got everything we were looking for.
Great selection & sales. Sad it is closing, but it is lowing prices on quality products.
Horrible customer service. On 9/7/20 I went in for boots and seen some pajama pants on the clearance rack. An associate told me they were on clearance because all of them were on the rack even though there were no stickers on any of them. Went to the cashier with my items. The boots were way more in store than online. I asked the cashier of they price match to the site. She rudely said no & if I want the online price then order them & pay the shipping that comes along with online pricing. Then I asked her about the pants as they were on the clearance rack and the other associate said they were clearance. She said they are regular price and refused to call the associate to the front that told me they were on clearance and seen them on the rack. I asked for a manager and she refused to call one. Said they were too busy for this. There were only a couple of customers in the store & none in line until just before I left.
Bob's has good stuff at great price. Unfortunately they are closing the Randolph location by the end of February 2021.
This place is huge and has a wide variety of apparel and footwears, prices are reasonable. Lookout for their deals and clearance section too.
