After a quite tumultuous moving experience, I walked in & spoke with Jennifer about securing a storage unit. She was extremely pleasant & professional. She helped me figure out what size would work best, showed me a unit & got the contract started! My overall experience was amazing & just the bright light I needed to finish this move. I recommend Extra space storage to anyone looking for a CLEAN, NEAT & Professional unit & experience!
Very clean, climate-controlled storage spaces.
This place is really nice, I expect to come here and walk into a dirty poorly maintained building but that was far from the case. While I was there I even saw someone sanitizing the doors. That's amazing to see when they don't believe they are being watched. The customer service from ginger was also second to none. My overall experience was very positive and I'd recommend anyone that needs space, check this place out.
What an amazing place! This facility is well maintained and the prices are quite reasonable. In addition, Sandy provided a personalized customer service experience that was outstanding! Thank you!
This is my initial set up for the storage unit, the service was professional, extremely nice and very helpful. The young man was nice and patient with my reading the information. I am positive this will be a place I will recommend and use again.
