I rescheduled my storage move in and the facility ended up being closed on that day. I never received a phone call to reschedule due to the holiday even though I verified with the store representative that they would be open on the holiday. I ended up spending an extra $200 in moving costs as a result due to scheduled movers and a truck.nnThe staff I spoke to the following day were accommodating since the manager is out of town. I appreciated the assistance after the issue. Double verify with the staff so you avoid any moving issues.nnAlso, the elevator is a standard size and not extra wide. Something to consider when moving larger items. Overall the facility is nice, just some miscommunication amongst the staff.

This is the best storage experience I’ve ever had! The units are incredibly clean and pest free! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable! Especially Merideth! The free moving van was such a great perk and really helped cut the cost of an already expensive move.nI really appreciate the level of security at the building. You need the key fob to access the building, to operate the elevator and they have plenty of cameras to ensure your personal safety and the security of your stored items. (Wow! Run on sentence much!?!?)nI would recommend this to anyone looking for storage!
Stephanie King was amazing!! Very professional and knowledgeable gave accurate information and the facilities are amazing I would recommend this storage company to anyone I'm truly satisfied with my customer service experience
