NOT SAFE - NOT MASK FRIENDLY One of the employees is wearing her mask around her neck instead of her face. And the other asked me to remove MY mask to verify my ID - something that not even the state liquor stores are requiring. I have a giant heart monitor on the middle of my chest right now and my request that since I have a heart condition she verify my ID based on my eyes was rejected. I don't know why a Maverick needs to be more certain of my identity than the state liquor store, but I find this behavior completely unacceptable in a pandemic. If they don't let customers take their own precautions I am quite certain they aren't taking any themselves! I wouldn't trust anything I bought from that store. There is a Speedway about half a block south - I will be skipping Maverick in favor of it from now on, pandemic or no.

Please support our state-wide group in purchasing from companies other than Maverick, until they adopt a more environmentally sensitive approach to their outdoor advertising. The billboard located at 1800 South in Orem, where they have consistently placed their advertising, is unnecessarily tall and bright, with very intense lights that are designed to project and flash. Due to those features; and its location next to residential areas and a historical city park, we feel this billboard is environmentally insensitive and invasive in nature. We will look forward to lifting our boycott and unfavorable social media reviews as soon as we have their reassurance that they will advertise in areas other than residential and historical areas. I absolutely love this place I have never had a problem with them and I will definitely go back and they are the best at what they do and have great customer service as well

What a nightmare I stopped in to get some beer and chips on the way home and the clerk wanted ID from my 13yr old son When I assured her that the beer was for me not my 13yr old she still refused.... I think she might have been drunk or high I will never go to Maverick again!

I like Maverick because one time we were on a trip with my family when we got hungry. We stopped at many places until we just decided we just go to Maverik, they helped us loads, but it did take a long while for the cashier.
