I trained here for about 7 months and loved it. Great family feel, adults, teens and kids can train here. (Kids must be a certain age to participate.) The instructor is extremely educated on self defense and is an amazing teacher. You'll get the attention to detail that you need to grow. You're always welcomed with open arms here. No ego, no long contracts, you pay by the days you come in or by the month. Simple and to the point. I'm a blue belt and have been training for 4 yrs. Highly recommend this place. This isn't just for men, women are more than welcome to come and train.

My 15 year old son started the program at TSDA approximately a year ago and the instructors and students have welcomed him like family. Starting at this point in his life was intimidating at first but the TSDA family have been encouraging not only in his training but also motivating him to succeed in his education and personal life. The pricing of the Academy is more than reasonable, students gain far more than what they pay for. Safe location, convenient hours with multi age levels. I cannot praise this Academy enough, their program has helped him to see his self worth as well as helped to build his self confidence.
