I love VIDA! The quality of instruction is superb, the staff is friendly and professional, and the studio is clean and inviting. I live downtown, so it’s convenient for me and anyone who works or lives downtown. I highly recommend VIDA!

I am on work travel and was needing some yoga in my life so a quick web search led me to this studio. It was soft opening day. The staff was friendly, the check in process easy and the teacher was knowledgeable and fun. I took the Hot Yin Yoga hot class with Tonya. This is probably the slowest yoga class I've taken, but don't let the pace fool you, it is tough. Tonya was very good at explaining the positions and was helpful with hands on assist. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town. Congratulations on your opening and keep up the good work!

I’ve been to a regular yoga studio before but I went to my first hot yoga class here. I attended the Hit Power Yoga class taught by Ashley Davis. She was very friendly and made sure I had everything I needed, such as the towel for my yoga mat and water. She made sure to let me know it was an intense class, and to feel free to drop to child’s pose or do a different pose if I needed. The studio is very clean and there is a parking garage right behind it, so it’s a great location in downtown Kingsport.

The $39 for 30 days deal for newcomers was the best decision I made while home for the holiday season. Our family was going through a rough patch during this Christmas in 2018, and VIDA hot Yoga helped me during this troubling time. The staff was amazing and friendly and genuinely cared for their customers. This was undeniably the best part of their hot yoga practices. Kingsport has a genuine lifestyle business in town! 100% would recommend. Thanks again, Ashley.
